Affiliate Terms of Use

Infinite Loop Events Concert Ticket Affiliate Programme Terms

Version: 1.0
Effective date: 18 August 2026
Organiser: Infinite Loop Events Ltd.
Contact: info@infiniteloopevents.co.uk

  1. About the programme

These terms govern participation in the Infinite Loop Events concert ticket affiliate programme.

By registering and accepting these terms, you agree to promote the performance in accordance with these terms. Participation does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship between you and the Organiser.

  1. Affiliate link

You will receive a unique affiliate link and QR code. You must use that link or QR code when promoting ticket sales.

Commission is payable only where our affiliate-tracking system records your affiliate account as the referring affiliate for the completed ticket purchase.

We cannot normally award commission where:

  • The customer did not use your affiliate link or QR code.
  • The link was altered or copied incorrectly.
  • Tracking was prevented by the customer’s browser, privacy settings or other technology.
  • Another affiliate is recorded by the system as the referring affiliate.
  • The purchase was completed through a different channel that did not record your referral.

Our transaction and affiliate records will be used to calculate commission, subject to correction of any clear error.

  1. Commission rates

For each valid ticket sale attributed to your affiliate link, you will earn:

  • £4 for each General Admission ticket
  • £5 for each Gold ticket
  • £10 for each VVIP ticket

Commission is calculated per eligible ticket, rather than per order. For example, an eligible order containing two General Admission tickets earns £8.

Commission is not payable on booking fees, donations, merchandise, complimentary tickets or any ticket category not listed above.

  1. Valid ticket sales

A ticket sale qualifies for commission only if:

  • Payment for the ticket has been completed successfully.
  • The sale is attributed to your affiliate account by our tracking system.
  • The ticket has not been cancelled, refunded, charged back or identified as fraudulent.
  • The order was not created for testing or administrative purposes.
  • You have complied with these terms.

A customer does not have to attend the performance for the sale to qualify, provided their ticket remains paid and has not been refunded.

If only part of an order is refunded, commission will remain payable on the qualifying tickets that were not refunded.

  1. Payment

Final commission will be calculated after the concert performance has been completed.

Payment will be made within 30 calendar days after completion of the performance. This period allows time for ticket refunds, payment disputes and chargebacks to be processed.

Payment will be made by manual bank transfer using the payment details you provide when we request them. We do not store your bank info, so we will ask for this each time.  There is no minimum payment threshold.

If the performance is postponed, payment will be calculated and made after the rescheduled performance. If the performance is cancelled, commission will not be payable for tickets that are refunded. Tickets retained for a rescheduled performance will be dealt with following that rescheduled performance.

If a refund or chargeback occurs after commission has been paid, the corresponding commission may be deducted from a future payment. We will provide details of any such adjustment.

  1. Promoting the performance

You must promote the performance honestly and accurately. You must not:

  • Make false or misleading statements about the performance, artists, venue, ticket availability or ticket benefits.
  • Advertise a price, discount or offer that has not been approved by us.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
  • Impersonate the Organiser, venue, performers or official ticket seller.
  • Use paid advertising containing our name or trademarks without written permission.
  • Purchase tickets artificially, arrange fraudulent transactions or otherwise manipulate commission.

You may use promotional materials supplied or approved by us. You may resize supplied materials, but you must not materially change their wording, pricing or meaning without permission.

  1. Advertising disclosure

When sharing your affiliate link through social media, email, websites or other content, you must make the commercial relationship clear.  This is a legal requirement in the UK.

Where it is not already obvious that the material is advertising, use a prominent disclosure such as:

“Ad – I earn a commission from qualifying ticket purchases made through this link.”

The disclosure must appear before or alongside the affiliate link, not hidden at the bottom of a post or behind a “more” button.

  1. Your information and tax

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.

Affiliate commission may constitute taxable income. You are responsible for determining and meeting your own tax, National Insurance, VAT and reporting obligations. We do not provide personal tax advice.

If you are VAT registered, you must tell us and provide any information or invoice reasonably required before payment.

  1. Suspension or removal

We may suspend or remove you from the programme if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • Breached these terms.
  • Used misleading, unlawful or inappropriate promotional methods.
  • Attempted to manipulate the tracking or commission system.
  • Been involved in fraudulent or refunded transactions.

Removal will not affect commission already earned from valid, non-refunded sales before removal, unless that commission relates to a breach, fraud or manipulation.

  1. Programme changes

We may make reasonable changes to the programme or these terms. Material changes will be communicated to you.

Changes will not reduce commission already earned from valid ticket sales completed before the change takes effect.

  1. Liability

We do not guarantee that participation will produce any particular number of sales or amount of commission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, neither party will be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme.

  1. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland]. The courts of that jurisdiction will have authority to settle disputes relating to these terms.
